We Are the Gods of Our Own Reality
We are gods! Yes, I said it. You may think I’m crazy for making such a statement, but let me explain. We create our own world, our own reality. We do this through the careers we choose, our personal relationships, our education, and every other choice we make. Every decision causes cosmic ripples throughout time and space.
The Power of Choice
Sowing and reaping, karma, however you want to call it, every choice has a consequence. This is one of the unchanging laws of nature. Because of our choices, we create our own individual universe. Each of us is a god of our own universe, and each universe is part of a multiverse. We have our own world that interacts daily with the worlds of others.
Interacting Realities
Consider this example: You go to work, surrounded by several co-workers. Each co-worker brings parts of their reality with them. A co-worker might come into work in a bad mood, and their bad mood can affect the office's job performance. Let’s face it, when you are around a negative person, sooner or later you begin to take on those characteristics. You become negative as well. Thus, their reality interacts with your reality.
Everything that happens on the cosmic scale also happens on the most micro scale.
A Personal Example
Here’s a more personal example: My father was killed by a drunk driver. That person chose to drink and drive. His choice, his reality, then interacted with my father's. Unfortunately, it ended with my father's death. The drunk driver's world interacted with my father's, and my father's interacted with mine.
Let's dig deeper. My father was never in my life. I met the man twice. The last time was the night he died. We got together, and he made great promises that he would be in my life, that he wanted to make amends and make up for lost time. He never got that chance. So, the drunk driver who was the god of his reality made a choice that rippled across time and space. It affected his life, my father's, and mine.
Now consider the reality of the first responders who interacted at that moment. It was a horrific car wreck. That first responder, years prior, made the decision to become an EMT. Never knowing that his choice and the reality he created would interact with that of my father and the driver.
The Creative Power Within Us
It is truly amazing when you think about it. You have the same creative abilities as the almighty infinite God, whatever or whoever that God actually is. So, as you go throughout your daily lives, remember that you are a god. You are the creator of your world, the master of your reality.
Embrace your power. Every choice you make, every action you take, is a testament to your ability to shape your universe. Use this power wisely, with empathy and consideration for the realities of others. By doing so, you contribute positively to the multiverse we all inhabit.
Conclusion
Recognizing our role as creators of our reality empowers us to live more intentionally. We are not mere passengers in life but active participants with the power to influence and shape our experiences and those of others. Embrace this power and take responsibility for the ripples you create in the cosmic pond. You are the god of your own reality, and with that comes the profound ability to make a meaningful impact on the world around you.
